榧馨椽的洗髮沐浴露的潔淨成份源自從植物提取的氨基酸起泡劑，再加入都具健膚健髮功效的維生素B5和蓖麻油，潔淨髮膚之餘又添護養，而紫草也是很好的舒敏因子，酸鹼值大概在6左右，所以有用家用了這潔膚露後，更忘了找護手霜。建議給12歲或以上人士使用。
保存方法：避免存放在雪櫃丶受陽光直照丶高溫和潮濕的地方，使用後請蓋好瓶蓋。
注意：這產品只供外用。如有任何不適或敏感，請立即停用。開啟後，最佳在60天內用完！
這產品的樣本已交到香港標準及檢定中心有限公司檢查，結果符合美國食物及藥物管理局第21 CFR 700.13 之化妝品最高汞含量 （1ppm）和中華人民共和國化妝品安全技術規範2015年版。
Torreyachi hair and body wash is made with natural derived amino acid surfactants. Both pro-vitamin B5 and caster oil in this wash are functioning skin and hair protection with our daily cleansing routine. Gromwell redroot in olive oil is also a well-known soothing component. Ph value is about 6. So, some people may have experiences that they do not find moisturizers after using this wash. This product is recommended for people aged 12 or above.
成份Ingredients : aqua(distilled water), sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, potassium cocoyl glycinate, glucamate thickener, hydrogenated caster oil, caster oil, redroot gromwell in olive oil, guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride , 1,3 glycol, d-panthenol, phenoxyethanol, citric acid, sodium benzoate
Storage: avoid in fridge, under sunlight, high temperature and humid area. Properly cover after use.
Cautions: This product is for external use only. Please discontinue use if any discomfort or irritation encountered. Recommend to finish the product within 60 days after opening.
A sample of this product has been submitted to the Hong Kong Standard and Testing Centre Ltd for checking. The test result is complied with the FDA regulation for use of mercury compounds (max.1ppm) in cosmetics including use as skin bleaching agents regarding 21 CFR 700.13 and the Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics 2015 for P.R. China.

发货过程 货品通常会在确认付款后2个工作天*（不包括星期日及公众假期）内送货，于节日假期或某特殊情况下可能需要更长时间。所有订单于非工作日或周末时将不会进行处理作业，我们将会于下个工作天时进行处理。

OUR DESPATCH PROCESS Orders as despatch Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days although this may take longer during the festive period and under some circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery tracking number and information of despatched orders will be sent to customers by emails.
DELIVERY Due to coronavirus outbreak, shipments to different countries may be subject to delays.
HONG KONG & MACAU DELIVERY Estimated delivery time: 1-2 working day(s)* *Additional transit time may be required for remote area (including, but not limited to Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, Peng Chau, Po Toi Island).
CHINA DELIVERY Estimated delivery time: 5-14 working days*. (Please allow up to 20 working days.)
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY Items are sent via International Economy Service. Estimated delivery time: 3-7 working days*. (Please allow up to 14 working days.)

退款及退换
顾客的订单一经确认，我们将不接受任何取消。同时，亦不接受任何因顾客个人理由而提出的更换或退款。
如果产品在送抵时有任何损坏或不良，请于货物送抵后7天之内电邮至顾客服务部团队cs@torreyachi.com告知产品损坏或不良状态，商讨有关更换或退货事宜。请注意我们在提供任何退款或退货服务之前，我们会先确认其状态。
损坏产品的退款及退换方法
Torreychi 榧馨椽所有产品都经过全面质量監控，而且在运送之前再次小心检查，尽量防止次品及产品损坏。如果顾客收到的产品有损坏，请立即电邮顾客服务部团队cs@torreyachi.com，所有包装必须完整保留，否则我们可能怀疑产品曾经被使用或损坏。
在检查后，我们会为阁下安排更换或退款，Torreyachi榧馨椽不会收取替换品的运费及有关税款。
缺陷商品的退货
针对任何缺陷商品顾客应该立即通过电邮至顾客服务团队cs@torreyachi.com。如我们同意及安排退货，我们不会收取缺陷商品的运费，税费和关税费用。在同意退货之前Torreyachi榧馨椽保留要求关于缺陷商品的照片支持的权利。
REFUND & EXCHANGE
We do not accept any cancellation after order has been confirmed. We do not accept exchanges or returns.
If the product delivered is damaged or defected, please contact us by emailing our Customer Care team at cs@torreyachi.com with the information regarding the conditions within 7 days of receipt. Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition.
RETURN OF DAMAGED GOODS
Torreyachi customer care team checks every single item before order delivery arrangement. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately by emailing our customer care team. Please ensure
that the packaging remain the same, otherwise it will call into question
whether the item was actually used and damaged at that time.
After checking, we will issue a replacement or refund. Shipping, tax and duties, costs on faulty or damaged items/ replacements will not be charged after the initial delivery.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Customers should contact Torreyachi Beauty in respect of any defective merchandise immediately by emailing our customer care team at cs@torreyachi.com. Shipping, tax and duties, costs on the defective merchandise will not be charged if return of the products is required.
Torreyachi Beauty reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective merchandise before authorizing a return.
