Shipping policy

发货过程 货品通常会在确认付款后2个工作天*（不包括星期日及公众假期）内送货，于节日假期或某特殊情况下可能需要更长时间。所有订单于非工作日或周末时将不会进行处理作业，我们将会于下个工作天时进行处理。

香港及澳门订单  预计配送时间: 1-2 个工作天*  *偏远地区可能需要额外的派送时间（包括但不限于长州、南丫岛、大屿山、坪洲、蒲台岛）。

中国订单  由于寄中国的邮件需要经海关审查及转运需时： 一般确认订单后第5-10工作天：货件会从香港运往到内地。  确认订单后第10-12个工作天：清关手续完成后，会转到快递派送。  一旦您的订单寄出，我们会经电邮向您发送运单号码，以便您可以进踪其进度，邮件于收到运单号后大约1-3天到达您的地址。    

国际订单  预计配送时间: 3-7 个工作天* (最多14个工作天) 货品将以国际经济快递服务发送。 

*我们将尽最大努力在预计的时间内交货，但并不保证一定能够符合上述的预计时间。請注意：海関部門有可能抽查貨品和国際稅是有机会向客戶收取的。

若于预计配送时间内仍未收到货物，请电邮至cs@torreyachi.com我们将会为你跟进。

发货安排  我们均不会发送任何货物至邮政信箱及酒店。

OUR DESPATCH PROCESS Orders as despatch Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days although this may take longer during the festive period and under some circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery tracking number and information of despatched orders will be sent to customers by emails.

DELIVERY Due to coronavirus outbreak, shipments to different countries may be subject to delays.  

HONG KONG & MACAU DELIVERY Estimated delivery time: 1-2 working day(s)* *Additional transit time may be required for remote area (including, but not limited to Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, Peng Chau, Po Toi Island).

CHINA DELIVERY  Estimated delivery time: 5-14 working days*. (Please allow up to 20 working days.)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY  Items are sent via International Economy Service.  Estimated delivery time: 3-7 working days*. (Please allow up to 14 working days.)

* Please note these delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Please beware that checking by customs departments may cause delay and international tax may be imposed to the goods. If you haven't received your package within the estimated delivery date, please email to cs@torreyachi.com and allow us to assist you with tracking. ** We regret we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or hotels.
