Refund policy
REFUND & EXCHANGE We do not accept any cancellation after order has been confirmed. We do not accept exchanges or returns. If the product delivered is damaged or defected, please contact us by emailing our customer care team at cs@torreyachi.com with the information regarding the conditions within 7 days of receipt. Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition.
RETURN OF DAMAGED GOODS Torreyachi customer care team checks every single item before order delivery arrangement. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately by emailing our customer care team. Please ensure that the packaging remain the same, otherwise it will call into question whether the item was actually used and damaged at that time. After checking, we will issue a replacement or refund. Shipping, tax and duties ' costs on faulty or damaged items/ replacements will not be charged after the initial delivery.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Customers should contact Torreyachibeauty in respect of any defective merchandise immediately by emailing our customer care team at cs@torreyachi.com. Shipping, tax and duties ' costs on the defective merchandise will not be charged if return of the products is required. Torreyachibeauty reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective merchandise before authorizing a return.
退款及退换 顾客的订单一经确认,我们将不接受任何取消。同时,亦不接受任何因顾客个人理由而提出的更换或退款。 如果产品在送抵时有任何损坏或不良,请于货物送抵后7天之内电邮至顾客服务部团队cs@torreyachi.com告知产品损坏或不良状态,商讨有关更换或退货事宜。请注意我们在提供任何退款或退货服务之前,我们会先确认其状态。
损坏产品的退款及退换方法 Torreachi榧馨椽所有产品都经过全面质量監控,而且在运送之前再次小心检查,尽量防止次品及产品损坏。如果顾客收到的产品有损坏,请立即电邮顾客服务部团队cs@torreyachi.com,所有包装必须完整保留,否则我们可能怀疑产品曾经被使用或损坏。 在检查后,我们会为阁下安排更换或退款,Torreyachi榧馨椽不会收取替换品的运费及有关税款。
缺陷商品的退货 针对任何缺陷商品顾客应该立即通过电邮至顾客服务团队cs@torreyachi.com。如我们同意及安排退货,我们不会收取缺陷商品的运费,税费和关税费用。在同意退货之前Torreyachi榧馨椽保留要求关于缺陷商品的照片支持的权利。
